A waterfront mansion in Miami’s Upper Eastside area broke a neighborhood record when it sold for $85.2 million in January.
The 20,567-square-foot home at 4425-4445 Sabal Palm Road was sold by developer Fatos Rosenberg and her husband, Michel Rosenberg. The buyer was a Delaware company with a post office address in Provo, Utah. The price came out to $4,143 per square foot.
Stephanie Jourdan Pedron of Consultants Immobilier represented the sellers. Viviane Wolak of One Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer. Pier Paolo Visconti, Alison Parker and Claudia Llanes of Douglas Elliman were intermediary agents.
The home occupies a 1.68-acre lot and comes with 13 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. It offers two docks, 400 feet of water frontage and a pool.
